As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in enhancing employee learning and development initiatives while supporting HR transformation strategies. Your contribution:
Collect organizational learning needs and design training and development plans aligned with company objectives Manage and coordinate internal training programs and calendars, focusing on cultural transformation Promote compliance with company policies and support cultural change initiatives Oversee performance evaluations , ensuring accurate system usage and data analysis Manage talent identification, succession planning, and career development to retain key personnel Ensure adherence to company culture in onboarding processes , supporting new hires’ integration Actively participate in regional projects , including workplace climate initiatives and volunteer programs Your journey: You excel at HR process management, employee training, and improving organizational development. Additionally, you have the following: Bachelor’s degree; a Master’s degree is a plus. Experience in HR, learning & development, or onboarding processes. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and HR systems. The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
