Core Responsibilities:
Facilitate training coordination with Team Leaders and Supervisors, while engaging with the Operations Manager and HR. Provide guidance on safe work methods and maintain supervision over training quality and efficiency. Manage training programs, sessions, documentation, and performance assessments.
Growth and Skills Requirement:
Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish preferred. Ready to work flexible hours and various shifts as needed. Adept in Microsoft Office Suite. Previous experience in industrial environments with a strong performance record. Strong mentoring capabilities for leader and peer coaching.
Physical Expectations:
