LNO is currently interviewing for an experienced Cybersecurity Instructor to develop and deliver engaging training programs that enhance cybersecurity awareness and skills. The ideal candidate will have extensive instructor experience and a passion for teaching and developing comprehensive training materials.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver Education:

Conduct classroom and online training sessions, ensuring participants effectively learn and can apply cybersecurity concepts.

Create Instructional Materials:

Design exercises, scenarios, and modules that align with organizational training goals and cybersecurity best practices.

Evaluate Training Effectiveness:

Assess and improve the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.

Conduct Learning Needs Assessments:

Identify and assess the learning needs of participants to tailor training content to meet those needs.

Design and Execute Scenarios:

Develop and conduct interactive training exercises and scenario-based learning experiences.

Facilitate Learner Development:

Create development plans and remediation resources to support learner progress and proficiency. Prepare After Action Reviews (AARs): Evaluate training outcomes and recommend improvements based on AARs.

Qualifications:

Experience in cybersecurity roles and a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices. Proven track record in designing and delivering technical training programs. Strong communication and instructional skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners. Knowledge of the latest cybersecurity threats and mitigation strategies. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, Sec+, Cloud+, AWS, Azure or similar are required.
