Training Coordinator Confidential Zachary, LA 70791 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Training Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. The Training Coordinator will prepare and maintain accurate audit documentation and collaborate with various departments to ensure that training initiatives align with organizational goals. Responsibilities Discuss problems and completion of audit procedures in relation to QA. Reviews, tracks and communicates information regarding process variations and quality control samples as required by quality assurance procedures. Maintains current and accurate records of all relevant communications, audits, corrective action plans, and effectiveness monitoring. Reviews, and evaluates the work of staff as it pertains to quality assurance. Interprets and implements quality assurance standards. To monitor unusual occurrences, report follow-up procedures, and gather monthly and year-to-date comparisons. Assist with records form revisions and procedures. Reviews quality assurance standards, studies existing policies and procedures, and interviews personnel, consumers and guardians to evaluate effectiveness of quality assurance program. Reviews and evaluates individuals’ records, applying quality assurance criteria. Responsible for knowing current QA regulations and informing supervisor of any new and/or revised regulations imposed. Selects specific topics for review, such as problem procedures, high volume cases, high risk cases, or other factors. Compiles statistical data and writes narrative reports summarizing quality assurance findings. Assists departments with the coordination of audit information, and recommends appropriate data-gathering mechanisms, procedures, etc. Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned. Provide quality assurance monitoring for different departments. Will meet with supervisor on a weekly basis for assignments/provide updates/follow-up etc. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years quality related experience; or associate’s degree with 4 years of quality related experience; or a minimum of 5 years of quality related experience.
