Full-time Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking a Collective Training Branch Lead professional to support a program in Fort Johnson, Louisiana. For nearly 50 years, CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet the defense and federal sector’s most complex enterprise needs. Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions. How Role will make an impact: Supervises the Collective Training Branch. Develops the Exercise Control plan for simulation supported events. Utilizes

Exercise Design and JELC to plan, coordinate training events.
Utilizes expertise and experience in staff training best practices, industry requirements, and Information Technology (IT) disciplines to develop technical and training solutions in support of Army Mission Command Training (MCT). Has a high level of diverse technical and industry experience related to a specific skill set. Remains current with doctrinal, operational, and tactical training methodology as well as technological developments and trends. Plans, coordinates, and executes unit collective training at squad to corps echelons. Stays current with

Utilizes multiple resources to support LVC-IA.
Supports Individual Training branch as required. Assists unit leadership in planning collective training that meets their training objectives. Identifies any gaps (resource, training, equipment, etc.) and works with the management team to ensure they are filled prior to execution of training. Serves in a mentorship or observer/trainer role when requested. Gathers observations based on unit actions during the training event and provides input to unit AARs. Maintains a comprehensive repository of relevant Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs).
Preferred FA57 or S7 qualified.
Utilize experience to develop creative solutions in support of Soldier Training and Readiness. What you’ll need to have to join our award-winning team:
Clearance:
Must possess and maintain an active Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree, subject immaterial. Graduate of the Army CGSC or ILE or equivalent level military schooling.
Minimum of 7-10 years military staff experience demonstrated intelligence war fighting functional experience. Successfully served as a BN and/or Brigade S3, Division or Corps G3. Experience in detailed planning using JELC and Exercise Design for mid and large exercises. Why You’ll Love this
