• Dutiesinclude:

• Develop rapport with individuals supported and foster theirpersonal growth striving to obtain their goals
• Assist with skillstraining as prescribed in each member’s service plan
• Engage inmeaningful activities in the center as well as in the community

• Skills/Abilities:

• Patience
• Effective communication skills
• Passion for helping others

• Qualifications:

• 18 years of age orolder
• Valid US driver’s license and ready access to a vehicle
• HSDiploma/GED
• Complete all initial background checks
