Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced SAGE Accounting Software Trainer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for training employees on the effective use of SAGE accounting software, ensuring all users are confident and capable in handling day-to-day accounting tasks within the system.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on training and support to staff in using SAGE accounting software Develop and deliver customized training sessions based on employee roles and departmental needs Create training materials, guides, and reference documents Conduct one-on-one and group training (in-person or virtual as needed) Troubleshoot user issues and provide solutions or escalate when necessary Evaluate trainee progress and adjust training approach as needed Stay up-to-date with updates and changes in SAGE software to keep the team informed and compliant Assist with software configuration and optimization to match company processes
Qualifications:
Proven expertise in SAGE accounting software (SAGE 50, SAGE 100, or applicable version) Prior experience training or teaching users in a software environment Solid understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Patience and adaptability when working with users of varying experience levels Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred:
