Responsibilities:

Design anddeliver training programs focused on technical skills, compliance,onboarding, and professional development Partner with departmentheads to assess learning needs and create tailored solutions Managelogistics for in-person and virtual training sessions Develop andupdate training materials, manuals, and e-learning content Monitorand evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and performancemetrics Stay current on trends in learning and development andrecommend improvements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HumanResources, Education, Business, or related field 3 years ofexperience in a training, learning & development, or HR-relatedrole Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skillsProficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learningtools Experience working in a legal environment is a •must have•
