Summary:

The Health Training Specialist role promotes, maintains, and improves individual and community health by providing health coaching to patients across the service area. Working under the supervision of a Project Manager, a Health Training Specialist is responsible for delivering evidence-based programs to participants in a virtual group setting and/or in person group setting This role is trained and responsible for the delivery of the curriculum and may support one or more locations.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Health Education, Public Health or a closely related field preferred.

License/Certifications:

Certified Health and Wellness Coach preferred.

Experience:

Experience in nutrition and/or physical activity preferred.
