Key Responsibilities:

Ensure proper medication administration, storage, and ordering.
Obtain and document timely doctor’s orders.
Oversee medical appointments and review medical records.
Develop and update nursing care plans and medical add-on documentation.
Conduct monthly medication reviews and provide staff training (e.g., diabetes management, breathing apparatus use).
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Assist with direct care, including meals, recreation, and personal care.
