POSITION SUMMARY
_•The Bass Pro Shops Learning & Development team focuses on developing team members (Outfitters) and front-line leaders to provide an environment of learning, growth, and opportunity needed for future success. This role will support the processes, programs and systems that allow us to provide high quality training and development to our Outfitters. This individual will be responsible for improving our overall execution of our critical training projects, providing visibility to key leaders, and elevating the support of our field administrators. + Drive standardization and operational efficiency within the Learning organization. + Regularly analyze LMS data to assess learner engagement and program effectiveness. + Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for L&D initiatives. + Present findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and visually engaging manner. + Establish training team’s annual calendar and major project plans. Actively assesses progress and adjusts resourcing & timelines to meet the needs of the business. + Manage the Learning Management System and other training software that supports the objectives of the business. + Create and maintain detailed documentation of training processes, procedures, and workflows. + Partner with HRIS and other departments to ensure seamless integration of training systems. + Manage training vendor partnerships. + Conduct needs assessments to identify areas for improvement in our systems, programs, and processes. + Continuously improve our HR Field Support processes and outreach to ensure a seamless experience for our Outfitters while maintaining compliance. + Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training. •_
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
_•+ Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in learning and development. + Able to manage multiple projects, create effective plans and execute. + Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically about complex systems. + Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on root cause analysis. + Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from company leadership, Managers, vendors, and Outfitters. + Ability to lead effective meetings and presentations to large and small groups. + Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills. + Strong oral and written communication skills. + Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of the organization. + Able to work with others, collaborate effectively, and build relationships. + Navigates ambiguity and changing priorities successfully. + Strong attention to detail, a self-starter with the ability to learn quickly. + Able to manage projects, create effective plans and execute. •_
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Degree Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field +
Experience:
5+ years of experience + Strong Microsoft Office proficiency. + Experience in LMS administration and process improvement, preferably Workday. •_
