QA Training Services Maintenance Training Coordinator Company:

Boeing Aerospace Operations The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Customer Technical Training Specialist, Maintenance Training Coordinator for the F-15 Qatar Training Program. You will be supporting the maintenance training program on the Boeing F-15QA aircraft. This is a Long-Term Assignment to Qatar for a minimum of 2 years. Relocation/assignment benefits to the international location will be provided. Ability to meet International assignment health requirements required. If accompanied, family must also meet international assignment health requirements. Position Responsibilities Coordinates formal academic, practical, and on-the-job maintenance training across the full range of F15QA maintenance specialties. Evaluates and determines training objectives, content, design, and technologies Plans, develops, and conducts technical training in accordance with customer needs and requirements. Identifies and defines customer technical training needs and requirements and develops training proposals. Uses specialized software technology to research, develop and modify new and existing media and materials. Mentors the creation of and evaluates lesson plans and instructional methods in classrooms, workshops and computer based training. Researches, develops, delivers, and evaluates effectiveness of technical training. Develops and documents training standards and specifications. Leads identifying customer technical training needs and requirements and develops training proposals. Leads evaluating and determining training objectives, content, design, and technologies. Uses specialized software technology to research, develop and modify complex media and materials. Develops and provides recommendations on training standards and specifications. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Minimum of 5 years’ experience with maintenance working on the F15 airframe, preferably F-15E or a later aircraft. Skill equivalent to the USAF Craftsman (7-level) in the appropriate specialty. Maintenance experience on other 4th or 5th generation military fighter platforms. Applicable and appropriate educational/ certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience are required. Preferred Experience (Desired Skills/Experience): Instructor certification Classroom / Platform and Practical Instructional experience is highly desired. USAF Instructor, Senior Instructor or Master Instructor Experience is highly desired or civilian equivalent instructor certification.

Summary pay range:

$119,000 – $160,000
