This individual will be responsible for coordinating, implementing, and supporting staff training and professional development initiatives across the organization. They will work collaboratively with department leaders and subject matter experts to identify training needs, schedule and facilitate learning sessions, and ensure compliance with applicable policies, regulations, and standards. The coordinator plays a key role in promoting continuous learning, supporting onboarding processes, and maintaining accurate training records. Examples of Duties Coordinates and implement professional development programs for staff, faculty, and administration. Collaborates with leadership to assess professional development needs and recommended targeted training initiatives. Organizes and facilitate workshops, seminars, in-service days, and continued learning sessions. Supports onboarding and orientation programs for new employees. Maintains accurate records of participation, certifications, and training evaluations for reporting and compliance. Assists in the development and continuous improvement of training materials and resources. Monitors the effectiveness of development initiatives through feedback, assessments, and performance indicators, Promotes the use of instructional technologies and digital learning tools in training programs.
