We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Trainer to join our team and play a key role in educating and empowering our clients and internal teams on our VoIP platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Deliver Training:
Create and conduct engaging training sessions (both virtual and in-person) on the features, functionality, and best practices of Netlink Voice’s VoIP platform for clients, partners, and internal teams.
Training Materials:
Design and maintain comprehensive training materials, including user guides, video tutorials, and presentations.
Onboarding Support:
Assist new clients in onboarding by providing product demonstrations and customized training based on their business needs.
Continuous Improvement:
Gather feedback from training sessions to identify knowledge gaps and enhance future training programs.
Product Expertise:
Stay up to date with product updates and industry trends to ensure training content is relevant and accurate.
Reporting:
Track and report on training effectiveness, participation, and outcomes.
Qualifications:
Experience:
1+ years of experience in product training or technical support, preferably with VoIP or telecommunications products.
Knowledge:
Strong understanding of VoIP technology and communication systems.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
Technical Proficiency:
Comfortable using various training platforms and software for virtual presentations.
Customer Focus:
Proven ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
