Fort Bragg, NC Description:

The Operations and Training Management (Language) role will provide support to the USAR Language Training Program, specifically in the assigned Intelligence functional areas. This support includes assisting in the management of foreign language programs at the component level, reviewing Major Subordinate Command (MSC) training plans, executing funding disbursements, and tracking expenditures for The Defense Language Program/The Army Language Program (TDLP/TALP). The contractor will also provide input to the Reserve intelligence Planning Programming, Budget and Execution (PPBE) Program Objective Memorandum (POM) submission, develop and submit Unfunded Requirement Requests (URR), and coordinate with supported and supporting commands. Additionally, the contractor will support the development and analysis of future Reserve Intelligence training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing the component-level foreign language programs. Ensure alignment of language programs with

TDLP/TALP

guidelines. Evaluate MSC training plans for effectiveness and compliance. Provide recommendations for improvements or adjustments. Manage and disburse funds for TDLP. Track and report expenditures to ensure financial accountability. Contribute to the Reserve intelligence

PPBE POM

submission. Support the Management Decision Evaluation Package (MDEP) for Intelligence Readiness (TDLP). Identify additional resource needs and develop URRs. Submit URRs following established procedures. Maintain effective communication with supported and supporting commands. Ensure coordination and alignment of objectives. Assist in the development and analysis of new Reserve Intelligence training initiatives. Evaluate and propose improvements to training programs. Maintain detailed records of language program activities and financial transactions. Prepare and submit regular reports to relevant authorities. Assist in the development and review of policies related to the language training program. Ensure policies are up-to-date and reflect current best practices. Facilitate the integration of language training activities with other external organizations and programs. Ensure collaborative efforts and cohesive training approaches across different entities.

Requirements:

Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Military training and experience can be substituted for a degree. Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations and training management within intelligence functional areas. Strong knowledge of Army doctrine, policies, and training strategies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage funding requests and track expenditures. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.

Desired:

Advanced degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Experience working with Army networks and classified systems. Experience with advanced training tools and techniques. Proven skills in leadership, management, and team building.
