Trainer IGDIT is seeking qualified candidates for Mission Training ComplexCapabilities Support II (MTCCS II) program. GDIT deliversindividual sustainment through collective Mission Command training,Leadership Training / Development, Warfighter Functions (WFF)training, First Person Simulations (Gaming), and constructivesimulations supported training from Squad through Echelon AboveBrigade (EAB). Technical integration between simulation and C4Isystems. Establish /maintain training and exercise networks.

HOW A TRAINER I WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

: Prepares anddelivers Mission Command training based on event / exercise plans.

Plans, coordinates, and executes collective Mission Commandtraining. Assists unit leadership in planning individual andcollective training that will meet their training objectives;identifies any gaps (resource, training, equipment, etc.) and workswith the management team to ensure identified gaps are filled priorto execution of training. Updates training support packages (TSP)and products. Maintains a comprehensive repository of relevantTTPs. Supports Unit Commander’s Training Objectives by developingtraining methods and materials such as curriculum, lectures, andcomputer-based training aids based on consultation with client /user specifications. Participates in planning meetings andconferences to coordinate training plans, methods, facilities, andsystems to support the training unit commander’s objectives.

Schedules facilities, services, and systems for planned events.

Integrates requisite Live, Virtual, Constructive, Command andControl capabilities within training environments. Provides overthe shoulder training, integration, and simulation / stimulationsupport within 2 or more assigned Functional Areas. Achieves andmaintains Basic and Subject Matter Expert (SME) Certification andAnnual SME re-certification as stated in the GDIT ProfessionalDevelopment and Certification Program (PDCP). Participates inspecial projects and performs additional duties as required tosupport customer requirements. May lead planning or operationalworkgroups and mentor customer personnel of other MTC trainers.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Education:

BA/BS.

Experience :

5 yearsof relevant military experience.

Technical Skills:

Basic knowledgeof the principles, methods, and techniques used in alarm monitorprocedures. Basic knowledge of relevant technology or subjectmatter.

Security Clearance:

Current SECRET required.

RequiredSkills and Ability:

Basic knowledge of the principals, methods, andtechniques used in the monitoring of security systems. Demonstratedeffective communication skills.

Location:

XVIII Airborne Corps MTCs(Ft Liberty; Campbell; Drum; Stewart). Normal work schedule is0730-1600; may require night or weekend work shifts depending onspecific training event requirements.

Travel:

May requireoccasional travel (less than 10%).

This is not,however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
