The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in fitness and health, with the ability to educate and motivate individuals or groups in achieving their fitness goals. This role requires a blend of expertise in anatomy, physiology, and program design, as well as excellent communication skills to deliver engaging training sessions.

Duties Minimum requirements include:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, change management, Microsoft Suite (including, but not limited to PowerPoint, Excel, & Outlook. Ability to work systematically and logically to resolve problems, identify causes and anticipate both expected and unexpected results Ability to plan and organize large volumes of work in an organized, detailed, and results driven manner both in a team and individually Travel expenses are reimbursed using the state’s protocol for submitting expenses after travel. The contractor will, at the direction of management, either ride with an employee driving a state vehicle or drive their personal vehicle and be reimbursed mileage after travel. Per diem is paid directly to the contractor and most hotel expenses are direct billed through the state.
