Job Description
Position Summary Details Training consists of informing new hires of ABM and American Airlines standards, code of conduct, safety protocols, on the job training, dress code etc, in addition to rules and regulations whilst at work. Online and on the job training to ensure that all agents are fully equipped with the knowledge in information needed to perform the job roles that they are assigned. Traveling may be required between training center and job site.

, Must have flexibility to work between 1st and 2nd shift hours, Must have a valid drivers license and previous experience; preferably in aviation or related environments. Job location : Charlotte Douglas International Airport. (and training center, near the airport) Responsibilities Day to day duties involve but limited to: Class room training, on the job training, online training, periodic auditing, maintaining a clean and neat training area and daily reports. Provide “On-the-job training” (OJT) training employees while they are performing their regular job duties. This type of training allows employees to learn the skills and knowledge needed for their job in a real work environment Contributing to content discovery for new learning programs. Contributing to the design and build of new learning programs. Researching new training techniques and suggesting enhancements to existing training programs to meet changing needs. Ensuring that training materials and aids are kept up to date and are effective. Facilitating workshops, courses and webinars. Effectively communicating with team members, clients and management. Keeping abreast of training trends, developments and best practices. Qualifications Previous or related experience required. Background in aviation environment is a plus. Must have a valid driver’s license to pass an MVR. Must be 21 or older. Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable) Preferred Qualifications Administrative experience. Bilingual proficiency (e.g., English and Spanish) is a strong plus and highly valued.
