The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new market opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, project management, and sales expertise to effectively negotiate and close deals that align with our company’s goals. Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, to track leads, manage accounts, and report on sales activities. Collaborate with team to ensure successful project execution and delivery. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities. Prepare presentations and proposals for potential clients to showcase our products/services. Requirements Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a related industry. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in CRM software Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong focus on customer relationship management. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. A NC real estate license is preferred.
