The Training Lead is responsible for creating, deploying, and cataloging training curriculums and materials to ensure all employees are proficient in updated manufacturing and warehousing standards. This role is crucial in maintaining the company’s commitment to excellence and continuous improvement by providing comprehensive and accessible training resources.

Develop Training Materials:

Create comprehensive training curriculums and materials, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and video content, to ensure all employees are well-versed in updated standards.

Deploy Training Programs:

Facilitate the deployment of training programs, ensuring effective delivery and understanding across all departments.

Catalog Content:

Organize and catalog training materials in a systematic and efficient manner, making them easily accessible for future reference.
Collaborate with

Stakeholders:

Work closely with various departments to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions.

Monitor and Evaluate:

Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.

Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance training materials and methods. Here’s what you’ll get:

 $43.00•$55.00/

Hour Hours:

40 hours/week 8 AM•5 PM, Monday•

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in developing and deploying training materials
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in creating video content and using relevant software.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in developing and putting developmental programs together such as rotational programs, apprenticeships, curriculum development, etc.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in developing and deploying technical training
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in using video editing software to create engaging and effective material
Preferred Skills /

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree Training experience within an operations / manufacturing environment
Having prior leadership roles within an operations environment Strong organizational skills with the ability to catalog content efficiently.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
