  • Role Summary/Purpose:
  • The VP, Strategic Training Partner will be responsible for partnering with senior leaders across the Global Operations organization to ensure training offerings are aligned to business priorities, processes, and employee training needs.

  • Essential Responsibilities:
  • + Collaborate and build relationships with senior business leaders to align training strategies with overall business objectives and goals + Understand business line and learner nuances and the impact these factors have on training needs (e.

g., geographic preferences, level of tenure, complexity of business processes, etc.) + Lead and conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to identify knowledge, behaviors, and skills required by specific business groups + Prioritize training requests based on holistic criteria, effective training strategies, and available training resources + Partner with Global Operations Training leaders to coordinate the design, development, and implementation of effective training programs and initiatives that cater to specific learning needs of the supported business groups + Interpret key metrics across training and business performance to develop insights on where to focus future training programs and where to improve current training programs + Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.

  • Qualifications/Requirements:
  • + 5+ years relevant experience in learning & development + 5+ years collaborating across virtual teams + 4+ years leading complex projects with international and multi-functional scope + Demonstrated understanding of Call Center systems, operations, and practices + Experience measuring Return on Investment of learning impact + Strategic thinking and ability to align learning initiatives with organizational goals + Proven ability to translate adult learning theory into actionable business learning plans + Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills •
Desired Characteristics:
  • + Experience in the financial services industry, particularly as it relates to operational management and/or training + Knowledge of financial business processes, learning and development principles and training best practices + Experience working in a regulatory sensitive environment + Experience in budgeting, capacity and resource management + Analytical skills and problem-solving skills related to reviewing information and decisioning how to effectively build subsequent training strategies + Data analysis and measurement skills to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of learning programs + Excellent communication and presentation skills •
Grade/Level:

  • The salary range for this position is
  • 110,000.00 – 185,000.00
  • USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance. Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge. Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.
  • Eligibility Requirements:
  • + You must be 18 years or older + You must have a high school diploma or equivalent + You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process + You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.

+ New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance expectations).
