No Description SAIC is seeking a Target Intelligence Analyst to join our team at Camp LeJeune, North Carolina.
Responsibilities:
Assist in producing Target systems analysis, Basic target development and Intermediate target development. Assist All Source teams in target planning and writing/editing of
OPORD/CONPLAN/OPLAN
Annex/Appendix and provide input to targeting policy support. Support to the planning and operations staff to identify capabilities and limitations of enemy forces and identifying potential enemy vulnerabilities. Provide recommendations for target prioritization in order to achieve commander objectives for plans and operations. Support the target vetting and validation process. Assist in the development of lethal and non-lethal operations into the targeting process. Develop and leverage Measures of Effectiveness (MOE) and Measures of Performance (MOP) indicators to rate targeting guidance and objectives. Develop visual depictions and products of target intelligence and disseminate as required to aid senior decision makers. Conduct Quality Control (QC) of target materials. Develop and coordinate scripting for target planning for exercises. Develop training materials and conduct on-the-job training for personnel as required. Participate in committees and working groups in developing targeting plans.
Qualifications Required Education:
Bachelors and three (3) years or more experience Masters and zero (0) years related experience; Six (6) years work experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
Qualifications:
Experience in developing and disseminating targeting products in support of military operations. Joint Targeting School (Optional). Target Development Course.
Required Clearance:
Candidate must have an active TS/SCI clearance.
