Position Summary Professional Development Specialist (Nursing) inspires professional nurses through human connections, innovation and experiential learning, utilizing evidence-based practice with the goal of advancing the mission of ECU Health. Minimum Requirements MSN in Nursing Education or MSN with Postmasters Certificate in Education is required- or higher. Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of North Carolina. Professional Development Specialist-Nursing will be required to obtain Nursing Professional Development Certification within 3 years. 3 years to 5 years in clinical practice with evidence of clinical knowledge, leadership, and teaching.
