What you will do:

Partner with HR, leadership, and subject matter experts to identify organizational learning and development needs and define clear training objectives.
Design and develop innovative learning programs, workshops, and training materials using the ADDIE framework, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual training sessions, leveraging technology to enhance blended learning experiences.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and data analysis, implementing improvements for continuous learning impact.
Manage vendor relationships to ensure outsourced projects meet objectives, timelines, and budget.
Maintain up-to-date records in the Learning Management System (LMS) and stay current with industry trends and best practices.

What you will need:
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Adult Education, Instructional Design, Learning Science, Educational Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or another related field.

Experience:

5+ years of progressive experience designing and executing scalable learning journeys for salaried and hourly employees.
1-2 years of experience supporting learning and development in a production/manufacturing environment (preferred).
Proven experience in training creation and facilitation.

Certifications:

Certification in leadership development programs such as Franklin Covey, Ken Blanchard, or DDI (preferred).

Technical Proficiency:

Experience with Workday Learning or other Learning Management Systems (preferred).
Advanced ability with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) (required).
Additional software skills such as Camtasia, Easygenerator, Canva, MS Teams, SharePoint Designer, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, or Articulate Storyline are a plus. Skills, Experience & Abilities Extensive experience in training and organizational development, with a strong understanding of adult learning theory to create impactful and engaging programs that support employee growth and organizational goals.
A solid foundation in human resources practices, effectively integrating HR knowledge to align learning and development initiatives with business objectives.
Expertise in instructional design and developing blended learning experiences, including in-person, virtual, and hybrid training formats tailored to diverse learning needs.
Proficiency in leveraging Learning Management Systems (LMS) to efficiently deliver, track, and evaluate training programs.
Proven ability to manage vendors and contracts, ensuring high-quality training solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
Strong project and change management skills, successfully leading training initiatives and supporting organizational transformations.
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with a focus on delivering clear, engaging, and impactful training sessions while providing outstanding customer service.
Recognized professional certifications such as PHR, SPHR, ATD, or CIPD, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and professional excellence.
