Trainer (Installation Field Support) Position Available In Vance, North Carolina

Trainer (Installation Field Support) Aims Grp Henderson, NC 27537 Job Summary Trainer for Installation Field Support would focus on educating and training new and existing field technicians in the skills necessary to install, troubleshoot, and repair Spectrum services. This includes hands-on training in installations, repairs, and customer service, along with using tools and software specific to the job.

Responsibilities Instruction and Training:

Develop and deliver training programs for field technicians on various installation techniques, repair procedures, and customer service protocols.

Hands-on Training:

Provide practical, hands-on training using tools and equipment used in the field, including pulling cables, connecting devices, and diagnosing network issues.

Technical Knowledge:

Ensure technicians are proficient in troubleshooting common service issues, understanding the technical aspects of Spectrum’s network, and utilizing software and tools effectively.

Customer Service Training:

Train technicians on effective communication skills, customer engagement strategies, and how to handle customer inquiries and complaints.

Performance Evaluation:

Assess and evaluate technician performance during training sessions and in the field to identify areas for improvement and ensure consistent quality of work.

Staying Current:

Remain updated on the latest technologies, equipment, and training materials used in the Spectrum field.

Collaboration:

Work closely with field technicians, support staff, and other trainers to ensure a cohesive and effective training program. Skills Strong technical knowledge of telecommunication products and services. Experience in field installation and repair work. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to train and mentor others. Proficiency in using computer programs and tools used by field technicians. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High school diploma or equivalent required; some experience with a related field or vocational training preferred.

$42,894.00 – $60,598.00 per year
