High Possibility of Extension Payrate:
20-23/Hr on W2 This role supports the development, delivery, and maintenance of PGO technical training, progression, and continuing education programs. It involves coordinating with trainers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth training operations.
Key Responsibilities:
LMS Administration (40%) : Create, update, and manage training courses and enrolments in the LMS. Provide user support and ensure access to materials. Logistics Coordination (30%) : Schedule instructors, classes, meals, lodging, and handle vendor coordination. Maintain a clean and professional training facility. Training Communications & Reporting (15%) : Send communications, track participant progress, and generate training reports. New Hire Onboarding (10%) : Facilitate onboarding, schedule training, provide PPE, tools, and access to required systems and materials. Linemen Rodeo Logistics (5%) : Coordinate logistics for local and international linemen rodeos, including communication, lodging, meals, and on-site support.
Required Qualifications:
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills Customer service-oriented mindset
Desired Qualifications:
Experience managing databases Familiarity with Cornerstone or similar LMS Experience using SharePoint 5+ years of relevant experience #INDWEST
