35% Essential Duties and Responsibilities The CT Interventional Solutions Competency Management Specialist (CT IS CMS) is responsible for: Managing and delivering CT-guided interventional radiology products and solutions (CT IR) education and training for the Interventional Solutions Clinical Science Liaisons (IS CSL) and CT Clinical Education Specialist (CT CES) Team to ensure highest levels of performance and support “best in class” customer education delivery. Accelerating interventional products and solutions customer affinity and uptake through dedicated support for Siemens Healthineers North America (NAM)and Interventional Solutions (IS) teams for initial training, ongoing education, and critical customer issues related to our imaging portfolio. Increasing alignment between IS and NAM imaging teams (EDU, CT BL). Developing/refining training materials for IS field team on Siemens CT products and solutions used in interventional radiology. Delivering expert clinical training virtually and on site. Signing off Clinical Science Liaison team members to provide support for imaging solutions during procedures. Providing ongoing training and education for IS team. Serve as one of the main contacts for escalation of IR workflow, products and solutions education issues that arise during procedures. Work with the CT and IS Business Line (BL) and HQ on future initiatives to drive education goals. Coordinate with Director, Medical Education in Interventional Solutions and associated team to design appropriate education for the CSL team. Work closely with Director, Medical Education and team to understand gaps, educational needs, and future training needs to establish priorities and training plan. Specific Routine Activities Anticipated Support global initiatives focused on improving IS CSL and CT CES competency and improved business performance. Work closely with IS and CT Senior Managers and IS leads to routinely evaluate education needs (skill gaps) and clinical interests of CSL and CT team and create customized education plans. Work closely with IS and CT BL’s to understand product marketing goals (specific features/benefits) and integrate these strategies into training plans. Work closely with IS and CT HQ on education initiatives. Partner with Modality BL to establish alternative training methods with key customers to ensure they receive optimum levels of service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction with Siemens and Siemens Education Services resulting in increasing Net Promoter Score and achieving highest industry standards for education and training. Analyze and monitor customer satisfaction/loyalty metrics to dynamically modify training strategies. Effectively support and manage stakeholder relationships. Understand customer/industry needs and trends to dynamically modify training strategies. Partner with the Sr. Managers in IS and CT to develop annual CSL Clinical training plans. Partner with finance to develop and adhere to training budget. Create New Hire Clinical training plans for all new CSL’s Work closely with education partners (HQ, RHQ and Sr. Manager) to ensure optimal CSL and CT CES training for all CT Intervention products Support recruiting process through technical screens for qualified candidates Establish and measure the requirements for clinical competency for the CSL and CT CES team. Define and develop the process for CSL and CT CES product training, sign-off and support as well as continuously monitoring the results. Education and/or Experience BS/BA in related discipline or relevant experience. Graduate from a Certified Radiologic Technology Program. Registered or licensed ARRT CT. Minimum of 5 years of supervisory/management and/or training/education experience. Minimum of 8 years of clinical experience in CT and successful demonstration of CT/IR procedures utilizing contemporary Siemens CT equipment. Understanding of healthcare education marketplace, preferably relative to diagnostic imaging and therapy. Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, ability to present. Detailed clinical product knowledge in CT and CT-guided interventional workflows. Ability to manage multiple programs and priorities. Ability to work independently and support evenings and weekends as required. Must be results-driven, action oriented and passionate about making a positive customer impact while balancing business needs. The annual base pay for this position is: Min $104,000 – Max $156,000 Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Position must have full access to Siemens Healthineers’ client sites to perform the essential functions of this position.
