Job Summary:
As a Dealer Development Specialist , you’ll be the face of our two powerhouse brands, TSF (Trailer Solutions- FL) and CCL (Collector Car Leaders), building strong relationships with dealerships nationwide. You’ll introduce our financing programs, walk dealers through our process, collect key details, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. This is a hands-on, sales-focused role that requires confident communication, cold call-style prospecting, and strong follow-through. You’ll manage opportunities and dealership accounts through Salesforce, track every touchpoint, and ensure our internal records are always clean and current. Your ability to represent both brands with professionalism and enthusiasm is essential to your success in this role.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Build Strong Dealer Relationships :
Forge and maintain meaningful partnerships with dealerships across the country, becoming their go-to resource for both TSF and CCL financing solutions.
Introduce & Educate:
Confidently introduce our services and walk dealers through our process—making sure they fully understand how we operate and how we can support their business.
Gather Key Info :
Collect the important details that power our partnerships, and make sure everything is documented with accuracy and care.
Keep Systems Clean:
Own the data. Enter and update dealership records in Salesforce (SF) and other systems to ensure everything is always up to date.
Lock In Partnerships:
Formally establish dealer affiliations that align with our goals and create long-term growth opportunities for both sides.
Onboard New Partners:
Guide new dealerships through the onboarding process so they feel confident and supported from day one.
Stay Connected :
Regularly follow up with your dealer contacts to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and keep the relationship strong. Prospect Like a
Pro :
Use cold call-style outreach to introduce our offerings to new dealers, generate interest, and grow your book of business.
Own Your Pipeline :
Manage opportunities and accounts in Salesforce, tracking every interaction to keep deals moving forward and nothing slipping through the cracks.
Qualifications:
Proven Sales Experience You have 2-3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role. Bonus points if you’ve worked in the automotive, trailer, powersports, or collector car industries—or have experience working directly with dealerships. Strong Communicator You’re confident, personable, and know how to build rapport quickly. Cold calling doesn’t intimidate you—you see it as an opportunity to connect. You handle rejection with professionalism and resilience. Tech-Savvy & Organized You’re comfortable using a CRM (especially Salesforce) and keep your pipeline clean and current. You’re detail-oriented, organized, and love having systems in place to keep everything on track. Independent but Team-Focused You’re self-motivated and thrive in a remote work environment, but you also know when to collaborate and loop in your team. You manage your time well, stay focused, and consistently hit your goals. Professional Under Pressure You stay composed and solution-oriented, even in challenging situations.
