- PatientAccess to manage the Patient Access training plan for theimplementation of an EHR project for the Division of State OperatedHealthcare Facilities.

Grand Central Curriculum Certification Prelude Curriculum Certification Cadence Curriculum Certification TED105 Training Wheels Behind the Scenes TED300 Training Environment Build Certification Experienced Epic-certified Principal Trainer (PTs) needed for revcycle end user, super user, and train-the-trainer training.
Candidates for each position must have or obtain certificationsrequired for assigned Epic applications: Revenue Cycle Principal Trainer

Training Environment Build Certification Key Duties:
- Developing role-based training content, independently or withteam members, using a variety of software programs, tools, and applications such as Microsoft Office.
- Designing, developing, and maintaining instructionalmaterials.
- Maintaining policy and procedure documentation.
- Incorporating feedback from others into existing training andtraining administration procedures
- Learning new content and consulting with subject matter expertsto develop training materials and answer any participant questions.
- Assisting with building and testing of training environments (MSTenvironments) and providing support and troubleshooting issues.
- Collaborating with other trainers by co-facilitating classroominstruction and assisting with exercises as needed.
- Preparing training lessons, printing materials, and setting upthe training room and environment prior to the training session.
- Presenting information verbally and in writing in a clear andeasy-to-understand manner.
- Following up with trainees outside of the classroom to offeradditional support.
- Serving as an expert educator to state staff.
- Training and credentialing additional classroom trainers asneeded (train-the-trainer).
- Training staff and end users by teaching technical topics asneeded.
- Managing application assignments by prioritizing assignments andby creating and adhering to timelines.
