About the Role The Regional Sales Field Trainer is responsible for delivering training programs to sales teams to enhance their product knowledge, sales techniques, and overall performance. This role involves traveling to various locations to provide on-site training and in-field training. The Regional Sales Field Trainer reports directly to the National Sales Manager while maintaining key stakeholder relationships to ensure training programs align with company goals and objectives.
Work Environment Primary Location:
Company headquarters or designated regional office.

Work Hours:
Standard full-time hours with flexibility for travel; some evening and weekend work may be required to accommodate training schedules.
Key Responsibilities Conduct Training Sessions:
Deliver on-site and in-field training sessions for sales teams, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and best practices.
Assess Training Needs:
Evaluate the training requirements of sales teams through surveys, interviews, and performance analysis.
Provide Feedback and Coaching:
Offer constructive feedback and coaching to sales representatives to enhance their performance. Collaborate on
Training Programs:
Work with the National Sales Manager to design and implement effective training programs.
Evaluate Training Effectiveness:
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs using metrics and feedback.
Support Onboarding and Development:
Assist with the onboarding of new hires and provide ongoing development support for sales staff. Travel for
Training:
Travel to various locations as necessary to conduct in-field training sessions.

Requirements Experience:
3+ years of experience in one or more of the following: home services sales, multiple field location sales, a senior-level position with sales management Ability to travel overnight up to 50%-60% of the time.

Demonstrated success in developing high-performing sales reps with a strong ability to motivate and coach to produce next-level development and results.
