Job Description
The Software Training Specialist requires the ability to work independently to provide training and product education to clients regarding Core Sound Imaging products and develop and maintain employee training program. Training will be provided for client users who include physicians, administrator and technologists/sonographers. The ideal candidate views educating customers about a technology solution and employees about their job function and the Core Sound Imaging quality system as a fun challenge. The ability to relate information to a customer in a way that is relevant to assisting them in seeing the benefits of the product are essential. Clinical knowledge/Web-based software knowledge a bonus.
Core Responsibilities:
Work with the Implementation Specialist to conduct initial customer assessment; establish customized implementation/training plan. Deliver remote coaching to customers, utilizing remote software tools, from our offices. Assist customer in determining appropriate product configuration options that best meet their needs given existing imaging workflow. Deliver supplemental application training as necessary. Support the client’s implementation activities/schedule. Assist with the development and improvement of implementation and training process. Provide feedback to product team for product enhancements. Ability to play an active role in future product development. Develop and maintain employee training programs including, but not limited to, role-specific training, product training, HIPAA/HITECH training, and QMS training Desired Skills and Experience Equivalent to completion of 4-years of college-level coursework in a related field and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job as listed above. Clinical certification and/or medical device experience a plus. Strong Clinical Information Systems knowledge – ultrasound, angiography, xray and other imaging experience a bonus. Strong interpersonal skills, with a high degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently. Excellent communication skills – ability to interface and influence at multiple organization levels. PC skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Experience developing and implementing training programs. Ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly. Excellent problem-solving abilities. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment. Excellent verbal and communication skills.
