This temporary position is located in Raleigh – Wake County.
Job Order Hourly Rate of Pay:
$28.50 (Based on education and/or years of relevant work experience reflected on the application).
This temporary position will be assigned to the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources. The division of Historical Sites. This position is located at 430 N Salisbury St, Raleigh, NC 27603.
This position works with underserved communities that do not have ready access to the 28 sites in the North Carolina State Historic Sites and Properties.
This position will assist these communities by conducting learning sessions to facilitate the discovery and use of the division’s digital learning objects. Position provides in-person and online support and coaching and may present programs to community members related to digital skills and technology adoption. Position provides weekly updates to Curator of Design. Position meets virtually with other project Outreach Coordinators working in other locations to plan, coordinate, create, and implement new programs depending on identified program needs.
Overnight travel required. This position is for 11 months with possible extension.
