This individual will work as a part of a broader consulting services team on client engagement and will play a pivotal role in delivering technical training for corporate and field team members. The learning professional will have opportunities to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills, time management excellence, the ability to be flexible, excellent classroom management skills, and a positive attitude are important qualities that you must possess. Position Details Delivery hands-on, in-person and remote training sessions with field teams Creating, updating, and maintaining training support materials Hybrid work environment with at least two days in office – more during peak training times Some regional travel within MA, CT, and NH Deliver live training sessions and participate in post training support Report on training effectiveness Engage with operational teams to ensure training aligns with their day-to-day needs Engagement Details Short-Term, Full-time (40 hours per week) 8a-5p business hours Contract through end of 2025 with likely extension into 2026. Hybrid role based in MA, NH or CT Skills and Qualifications Proven experience in software training delivery Ability to conduct training both virtually and in person, with strong facilitation skills Expertise in technology adoption training and stakeholder engagement Experience in creating and modifying training materials to support learning retention – preference for experience with the SAM instructional design model Strong organizational and communication skills Knowledge and application of adult learning methodologies Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments Experience in SAP a plus Experience in eLearning development using Articulate Storyline a plus
