We are seeking a passionate and strategic Sales Trainer to help elevate the skills of our growing sales team. Job Description As a Sales Trainer at EarthCam, you will: Design, deliver, and continuously refine engaging training programs that enhance sales performance and product knowledge Facilitate dynamic in-person and virtual training sessions covering sales techniques, CRM tools, and product positioning Partner with Sales Managers to identify skill gaps, provide targeted coaching, and onboard new team members Leverage performance data and KPIs to assess training effectiveness and adjust learning initiatives accordingly Stay current with trends in sales enablement, SaaS, and construction technology to evolve EarthCam’s sales training strategy Requirements Who You Are A confident communicator and engaging presenter Passionate about coaching and inspiring sales professionals Analytical, results-oriented, and highly organized Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment A proactive team player with a collaborative mindset Qualifications 10+ years of experience in sales training or sales leadership (preferably in B2B, SaaS, or construction tech) Proven ability to create and deliver impactful training content Strong knowledge of CRM platforms, especially Salesforce Excellent coaching, communication, and presentation skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field Benefits What We Offer EarthCam provides competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits designed to support personal and professional growth.
