The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in guiding and developing individuals or teams through structured training programs. This position requires strong communication skills, creativity in content development, and a commitment to fostering an engaging learning environment. Duties Design and implement training programs that align with organizational goals.. Communicate effectively with participants to assess their needs and provide constructive feedback. Present training materials in an interactive manner that encourages participation and retention of information. Educate participants on various topics, ensuring clarity and understanding of complex concepts. Collaborate with team members to refine training methodologies and share best practices. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and participant feedback, making necessary adjustments for improvement. Experience Proven experience in training development, preferably within a coaching or educational environment. Strong writing skills for creating instructional materials and documentation. Ability to present information clearly and confidently to diverse audiences. Knowledge of Blackboard or similar learning management systems is advantageous.
