Job Summary The Project Analyst will provide comprehensive administrative and system support to learners, facilitators, and third-party partners, ensuring the efficient, accurate, and timely delivery, coordination, and tracking of training programs and curricula.

Main Activities:

Class Scheduling and Resource Booking
Learning Management System (LMS) Administration
Learning Materials and Logistics
Learner Communication and Support
Roster Management and Completion Tracking
Instructor and Learner Support During Classes
Certification Management
Invoice Validation and Processing Support
Support Activities in the Development Action Plan
Qualtrics Survey Administration
Streamline the integration of information from multiple platforms
Manage certifications

Training Pathway Completion:

Calculate and report the percentage of training pathway completion for each participant.
Generate reports across different systems Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in related field
Previous experience in Learning / Training area
Good skills in Excel and other MS Office tools
English intermediate / advanced
