Training Specialist Responsibilities :

Business Reputation:

Investigate the business reputation of prospective

DSPs Relationship Maintenance:

Build and maintain strong relationships with

DSPs Internal Coordination:

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment.

Daily Management:

Assist in the daily management and operational support of DSPs.

Cultural Integration:

Educate DSPs on company culture and policies. Coordinate with the

IT Team:

Collaborate closely with the IT team to learn and understand new system updates and functions, ensuring that training materials are current and relevant.

Prepare Training Materials:

Summarize system updates and prepare comprehensive training documents to be used across different regions DSP companies.

Conduct Training Sessions:

Deliver training sessions to DSP companies and drivers across various states, ensuring they are well-equipped to use the system and perform their duties effectively. Respond to

Inquiries:

Address any questions or issues raised by DSP companies and drivers in a timely manner, providing clear guidance and support.

Report Issues:

Report any significant issues or concerns to the appropriate departments to ensure they are resolved promptly and effectively. Requirements ： Mandarin is required. Experience in logistics operations or vendor management (DSPs preferred) preferred. Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of logistics systems and industry regulations is a plus.
