The Sr. Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for developingand delivering training, information, content and tools to maximizethe performance and productivity of new hires and existingpersonnel within iCIMS Go-to-market teams: SDR, Sales, and SalesEngineer organizations, Services and partner reseller channel. Inthis role, work with stakeholders to understand skills gaps andtraining needs for various GTM roles. The Sr. Sales EnablementManager will play a key role in managing programs and initiativesfrom start to finish, including the design and/or delivery ofrole-based training in a variety of formats. Understanding thedesign and delivery of blended learning formats, includinginstructor-led training, classroom training, virtual training,e-learning tutorials, webinars, workshops, and other trainingformats is crucial in this role. ResponsibilitiesUnderstand and enhance the skills and knowledge required by ourSales teams to effectively support our customers. Maintain anin-depth understanding of each department’s strategy, objectivesand goals, and adapt enablement plans accordingly. Maintain astrong understanding of iCIMS software and solutions, services,internal processes, methodologies and systems used by sales teams.
Establish comprehensive training and organizational changestrategies to address gaps in learning and on-the-job skills.
Design, build, and deliver training on iCIMS solutions, sellingmethodologies, and internal systems and processes to enable ourteams to increase their efficiency. Collaborate with Enablementleadership, GTM leadership, Sales, Marketing, Partner, and Productto create and operate effective onboarding and upskilling programsto support and improve productivity and retention. Leverage currentfacilitation techniques, in line with adult learning methodologies,to create an engaging experience for learners at all levels ofproficiency. Consult with Sales stakeholders to identify skillsgaps and translate learning needs into actionable enablement plans.
End-to-end management of programs, including project management,associated communications, prework, post-learning surveys, andlogistics. In partnership with stakeholders, own project managementand enablement deliverables for org-wide quarterly Sales Plays,monthly evergreen enablement sessions, and quarterly productreleases. Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent experiencein a SaaS company or related industry. Minimum of 7 years of salesenablement related experience. Demonstrated proficiency in trainingdesign and/or delivery. Understand key principles of projectmanagement, designing project plans and managing deliverables andtimelines is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonalskills:
articulate thoughts and ideas (technical and non-technical)clearly, concisely, and persuasively. Strong facilitation skills,whether in a virtual or in-person setting. Ability to collaborateand communicate at various levels, from individual contributor toleadership in a facilitative and mature manner. Ability to jugglemultiple projects simultaneously, adhere to project plans, andadapt to shift direction frequently as dictated by the changingnature of software. Ability to work effectively within afast-paced, changing environment that is going through high growth.
Experience with Enablement systems and tools (e.g. Gong, Highspot,Salesloft, ZoomInfo, etc.) Experience with Camtasia Studio, AdobeCaptivate Prime or similar video editing software required.
Experience with web conferencing platforms required.
