Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Funding Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the funding process, ensuring seamless transactions, and assisting clients in obtaining the best financing options available. This role requires strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of business financing. Key Responsibilities Engage with potential clients to assess their funding needs and financial status. Educate clients on various financing options, including merchant cash advances and alternative lending solutions. Evaluate applications, review financial documents, and determine eligibility for funding. Guide clients through the funding process, addressing questions and ensuring a smooth transaction. Work closely with underwriting and sales teams to facilitate quick and efficient funding approvals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Qualifications & Skills Previous experience in sales, financial services, lending, or a related field is preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Salesforce a plus!
