We are currentlyseeking a dynamic HR individual with a passion for learning anddevelopment to join our team in the commercial cleaning industry.
This is a permanent role that will play a critical part in shapingour organizational culture, fostering employee growth, and drivingbusiness success. The successful candidate will have a deepunderstanding of learning and development strategies and bestpractices, with a particular focus on the construction industry.
This role requires a proactive and innovative professional who candesign, implement, and evaluate learning and development programsthat align with our organizational goals and industry standards.
Responsibilities:
1. Design and implement comprehensive learningand development programs tailored to the needs of our employees andthe construction industry. 2. Utilize learning management systemssuch as Absorb and iSolved to deliver, track, and report ontraining initiatives. 3. Facilitate training sessions, workshops,and seminars, both in-person and virtually, ensuring an engagingand interactive learning environment. 4. Manage onboarding programsfor new hires, providing them with the necessary knowledge andskills to succeed in their roles. 5. Collaborate with managementand HR to identify skill gaps, training needs, and opportunitiesfor employee development. 6. Leverage HRIS platforms such as Bambooand Workday for efficient administration of learning anddevelopment initiatives. 7. Regularly evaluate the effectiveness oflearning and development programs, making necessary adjustments toenhance their impact and ROI. 8. Stay abreast of the latest trends,technologies, and best practices in learning and development,particularly in the construction industry.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development,Education, or related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience inlearning and development, preferably in the construction industry.3. Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) such as Absorband iSolved. 4. Experience with HRIS platforms such as Bamboo andWorkday. 5. Proven experience in facilitating training sessions andmanaging onboarding programs. 6. Strong understanding of adultlearning theories and instructional design methodologies. 7.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the abilityto engage and inspire learners. 8. Strong project managementskills, with the ability to manage multiple initiativessimultaneously. 9. Certified Professional in Learning andPerformance (CPLP) or other relevant certification is a plus. 10. Aself-starter with a strong drive for results and continuousimprovement. 11.
