• $30•35/hr, 10-20 hrs/week to start We are a woman-owned tactical training facility with over 16,000 square feet of indoor space—including a two story shoot house, hand-to-hand combat rooms, classrooms, simulation rooms, hogan’s alley, and a 10-lane indoor shooting range.

We train civilians, law enforcement, and private teams. With a second facility under development and an Act 235 program launching, we’re ready to bring on a part-time

Responsibilities:



• Coordinate training sessions and manage facility bookings 
• Schedule instructors and assist with course delivery logistics 
• Build and maintain relationships with law enforcement and tactical teams 
• Support planning and execution of Act 235 certification program 
• Track usage, revenue opportunities, and performance metrics ✅

• Prior military, law enforcement, or tactical coordination experience 
• Strong organizational and communication skills 
• Comfort in fast-paced, mission-first environments 
