In this role, you will empower business owners to develop essential skills that enhance their independence and overall quality of life. You will work closely with clients to assess their needs, create personalized training plans, and provide ongoing support in various areas such as personal finance, communication, and business operations. Duties Conduct assessments to identify clients’ strengths and areas for improvement in life skills. Develop tailored training programs that address individual client needs and goals. Facilitate workshops and one-on-one sessions focused on essential skills such as budgeting, leadership, and effective communication. Utilize software tools for tracking client progress and documenting training sessions. Engage in project management activities to oversee the implementation of training programs. Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and support. Participate in strategic planning initiatives to enhance program offerings and outreach efforts. Stay informed about market trends related to life skills training and incorporate best practices into your work. Requirements Proven experience in project management or business development is preferred. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate for clients effectively. Familiarity with customer relationship management tools, particularly Salesforce, is a plus. Excellent strategic planning abilities to develop impactful training programs. Proficient in using software applications relevant to training and documentation processes. A passion for helping others achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse populations. Flexibility to adapt training methods based on individual client needs.
