We are seeking an Elections Analyst 1 to provide essential training and technical guidance to Department of State staff and county election offices surrounding the proper administration and application of election-related applications and systems. OF WORK
As an Elections Analyst 1, you will have the exciting opportunity to develop training materials and instructional presentations, as well as facilitate informative training sessions with county election offices and Department of State personnel. You will be responsible for managing requests for support from county offices, voters, and department staff, and submitting support tickets as necessary. This professional also participates in pre-election and post-election testing and auditing, and maintains numerous databases to record and analyze data. Exercise your innovation by providing rmendations to various program area processes, procedures, and information systems to achieve business and training objectives.

Work Schedule and Information:
Full-time Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
Telework:
You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
One year of professional experience evaluating public programs or information technology systems, and a bachelor’s degree in public administration, business administration, public policy, political science, or information technology; or
An equivalentbination of experience and training.
