Full Job Description Position:

Trainer Sales Associate (Part-Time) Base + Commission ($25•30/hr potential)

Location:

HOTWORX Infrared Fitness Studio Charleston [West Ashley] We’re hiring Trainer Sales Associates to grow our membership base and deliver 5-star service to every guest. HOTWORX combines infrared energy, heat, and isometric workouts in a 24/7 fitness studio led by virtual instructors. Responsibilities Greet guests and assist with membership selection Sell memberships, retail products, and achieve sales goals Complete daily opening/closing checklists and cleaning tasks Provide sauna and workout instructions to members Promote use of the HOTWORX App and Burn Off Challenge Participate in outside promotions and studio events Support social media marketing and follow-up outreach Maintain a clean, professional, and customer-focused environment Requirements Prior sales or customer service experience preferred Minimum availability of 25 hours/week Willingness to complete HOTWORX University certification and CPR/First Aid Punctual, reliable, and positive attitude Compensation and Benefits Hourly base pay plus commission and monthly bonus opportunities Top earners who consistently meet sales goals can earn $25•30/hour including commissions and bonuses.
