You will be essential in building a cohesive work environment that allows each team to operate more inter-dependently/efficiently as individual team members and as a holistic Cybersecurity force. You will lead the charge in documenting the findings of actions taken and root causes after a new or unforeseen event takes place. You will ensure all administrative reviews encompass applicable processes, policies, and training to include functions such as audit capabilities and records, detection and alerting, incident handling and response, investigation and investigation support, and reporting. Position Requirements and Duties Create and maintain documentation that sets in place an enterprise level training program for the entire CSSP. Identify and implement an architecture to track and communicate all training endeavors. Identify requirements for each domain and team and develop a unique and sustainable training program that has group and individual training requirements. The individual training requirements will allow for a multi-tiered achievement process within its architecture. Create a repeatable and comprehensive onboarding process allowing each new member of the team to fully and seamlessly integrate with the overall mission objectives. Identify and analyze requirements for an overarching CSSP training program that will be implemented for every member of the CSSP team. Work alongside the Principal Staff Officer to create a periodic self-assessment process ensuring the CSSP is always operating at an assessment ready level. Identify and implement steps necessary to install new training programs as the team expands to new locations, initiatives or customers. Create and host tabletop exercises that test the functions/capabilities of the various domains across the entire CSSP. Regularly schedule and host training events to expand the general and technical knowledge of all members of the CSSP. Build training resources members of the CSSP can visit at will to gather knowledge on specific tools utilized throughout the organization. Work alongside various teams to investigate new or unforeseen events, then document all process improvement and best practices.
