This position reports directly to the site Training Manager. Job Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual will perform these essential duties and responsibilities: Complete qualification as a Thermo Fisher subject matter expert (QSME). Support QSME development of training materials using the ADDIE model for training development and site SOP requirements. Record and control training information in the learning management system (LMS) with input from learners, subject matter experts, and other learning and development personnel to ensure accurate learning plans/histories and availability of current training materials. Apply LMS knowledge to provide front line technical support for users. Build and/or run reports to show learner completion status or other requested information within the LMS. Track and report trainer qualifications, site metrics, and other KPIs as needed. Review and approved site owned training material. Maintain all site training materials in site Training Material Repository. Work closely with site leadership to ensure accurate maintenance of training requirements to and from learners in LMS. Education Bachelor’s degree required. Experience Minimum of 1 year of experience in quality, training, or regulatory environment required. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Understanding of API manufacturing and GMP processes preferred. Proven interpersonal and communication ability, including verbal and written communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent attention to detail and ability to verify own work for accuracy. Organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously; ability to prioritize work with manager input. High degree of customer service, integrity, and work ethic working with both employees and clients. Team player with demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships throughout all levels of the organization
