Must have developed training and have experience with delivering training to all levels of staff, from executives to technicians.

Job/class description:
Create and deliver training and development programs to all levels of end-users and IT professionals. Code, test, and debug programs specifically for training. Work closely with both IT and the business to understand system and training needs for applications and packages supported. Participate in the training needs assessment process and vendor selection. Required knowledge, skills, and abilities: In-depth knowledge and experience in relevant productivity tools and standard packages. Understand appropriate development methodologies. Understand and apply adult learning principles. Design training programs, classes, workshops, computer-based training, and online help. Understand the complex technical environment of the organization. In-depth knowledge of systems, applications, and programming languages. Use of classroom and standard office equipment. MS Office.
