Greater Nashville Area Position Description:

The B2B Sales Professional who has a geographic territory in the greater Nashville area and is accountable for growing the territory through cold calling new sales opportunities and retaining existing customers through education, solution providing and quality assurance.

On Target Earnings:

Base, $50,000, PLUS, Uncapped Commission & Period Bonuses (commission and bonus percentages, both performance-based). Weekly fuel and cellphone allotment

Expected On-Target Earnings:

1-2 years: $65-80K, 3+ years: $80-100K

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop exclusive sales territory, through prospecting Discover, engage and cultivate new prospective customers. Maintain relationships with both existing and new customers through follow-up visits. Develop short and long sales cycle opportunities, with laser focus on the B2B Perform Hygiene Scorecard Surveys based on the customer’s required visit frequency (weekly, monthly or quarterly) and evaluate each to assess opportunities for customer improvements and savings. Facilitate the sale of Enviro-Master products by providing solutions for improvements through existing products and new innovations. Engage with the management team to clearly communicate customer needs. Attend and participate in area business networking, workshops and sponsored events. Successfully complete SpeakEasy and Enviro-Master University’s B2B Sales Representative training programs.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Hard-working, goal-driven HUNTER with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, no fear with prospecting and cold-calling and the drive to build a book of business Organized self-starter and motivated problem solver. Clear and effective communication skills (both written and verbal). Interpersonal, time management and presentation skills as well as the ability to develop strong and lasting business relationships. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Exceptional attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues of all levels and build cross-functional relationships. Desire to work and perform at a high level in the Health, Hygiene, Safety and Sanitizing Industry

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required B2B / cold calling / lead generating /prospecting sales experience required. Must have a valid driver’s license, an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record and a reliable vehicle. No overnight travel required Experience in selling facility services and/or routed based business (linens, chemicals, uniforms, safety equipment & supplies, food products, etc. a plus, but not required
