The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of employees in Quality Assurance and Licensing Standards. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance with the QRIS, including TDHS Licensing Standards and New Beeginnings policies, while promoting a culture of quality within New Beeginnings Learning Academy. Duties Monitor and evaluate classrooms by using QRIS and Licensing Rules and New Beeginnings Policies Provide 2-3 monthly observations per teacher and coach them based on findings Lead the onboarding and hands-on training for new hires after they’ve completed online training Keep our team updated on policies, procedures, and state regulations Collaborate with the Director/Owner on staff development and areas for growth Step into classrooms when needed (yes, even the best hives need a helper bee sometimes!) Skills Strong knowledge of TN state childcare guidelines A passion for training and mentoring early childhood professionals Organized, dependable, and able to give kind but clear feedback At least 2 years of experience in a licensed childcare program Associate or higher preferred At New Beeginnings, we believe in growing together—from our tiniest infants to our amazing team.
