Our client is looking for a Quality Training Specialist to beresponsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining qualitytraining programs to ensure compliance with industry standards andcompany policies. Description Develop training materials andpresentations aligned with existing operational procedures. Guidenew employees through the onboarding training process. Manage andupdate the training system, ensuring all training records areaccurately maintained. Evaluate training effectiveness by gatheringfeedback through surveys, interviews, and performance reviews.
Create and revise documentation such as procedures, workflows,instructions, and templates. Carry out regular audits of processesand internal compliance checks to ensure adherence to ISOstandards. Perform inspections on incoming materials to verifyquality. Support scheduled inspections of manufacturing areas toconfirm compliance with TL9000 requirements. Lead investigationsinto preventive and corrective actions to resolve quality issues.
Profile Between two to five years of relevant professionalexperience. Familiarity with ISO9001:2015, RIOS, and R2 standardsis highly desirable. Proficient in both English and Spanishlanguages. Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Demonstrates excellent organizational skills with the capability tohandle multiple tasks simultaneously. Skilled in Microsoft Officeapplications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
